Recipe Courtesy of Mango.orgCan’t get to a pool or the ocean? Well then just whip up a batch of these tropical fruits pops. Coconut water, mango, raspberries, and blueberries give these pops a light, clean flavor that is especially refreshing on a hot day.

Ingredients
  • 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 6 ounce raspberries
  • 6 ounce blueberries
  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoon light agave nectar
Directions
  1. Gently push raspberries into bottom of Popsicle mold. Place diced mango into mold on top of raspberries, top with blueberries. In a liquid measuring cup, mix coconut water and agave nectar, pour into each mold, about ¼ inch from the top. Insert Popsicle sticks into each pop mold. Freeze overnight. Remove from molds and serve immediately.
