Experience

Nick began his career as a magazine journalist in London, UK, just as Cool Britannia was in full swing. Since 2003, he has lived and worked in the French Caribbean, writing for several regional magazines and websites, sharing the secrets of hot sauce and pigtail with a wider audience. Passionate about producers and other unsung heroes, he has written profiles of the UK's #1 garlic farmer, its leading supplier of fresh snails, and numerous up-and-coming chefs and restaurateurs in the Caribbean.

Education

Nick has a B.A. in French from the University of Bristol. He is also a qualified English teacher and holds professional certifications in marketing and behavioral economics.
