  • Lauren has covered many different types of restaurants and cuisines, from reporting on the re-opening of classic American steakhouse T-Bar to diving into celebrity-favorite Asian fusion restaurant Sei Less.
  • Recently, Lauren has taken her passion for food writing international: She was invited to write about her dining experience at 114 Faubourg, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, France, as they celebrated holding their Michelin Star for the 10th year in a row.
  • Lauren's favorite "holiday" each year is Starbucks' Red Cup Day, where the chain gives out free reusable holiday-themed coffee cups to celebrate the return of their winter holiday menu.


Lauren has been working as a professional writer in New York City for two years. In that time she has covered a variety of lifestyle and culture topics, including reporting on the ever-changing restaurant scene in New York City. Lauren has been editing luxury lifestyle magazine Mann About Town for a year and a half, covering the hottest restaurants in New York City. Lauren loves highlighting all of the unique cuisines and restaurant experiences New York City has to offer.


Lauren has a bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in journalism from Manhattan College, which brought her to New York City to follow her dream of becoming a writer and ignited her passion for the city's food scene.
