Jill has been writing professionally since 2015. She spent 25 years in the Air Force and is thrilled with her second act as a writer covering a variety of topics, most of them related to food and travel. Her writing has appeared in Business Insider, HuffPost, Tripsavvy, and more. She's a member of the Society of American Travel Writers, the North American Travel Journalists Association, and the Texas Auto Writers Association. Jill calls San Antonio, Texas, home but she's usually somewhere else.


Jill graduated from Park University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) in Social Psychology.
