Experience

Food has always played an essential role and creative outlet in Jennifer's life. Raised in a first-generation Italian-American home, Jennifer's culinary influence began with her grandmother, Angelina, who never used a recipe, but learned to cook by listening, smelling, touching, and tasting the food. Her passion for teaching and writing easy-to-follow recipes stems from a desire to get people back into the kitchen to reconnect with each other and their food through a shared meal. She has written a cookbook, "A La Famiglia," a children's series featuring her two dogs, Millie and Cisco, and is working on a cookbook/memoir for a local chef. Jennifer joined Alb Media in 2022 as a news writer, where she continues to share her love of food.

Education

Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and pursued a graduate degree from West Chester University in early education.
