Becki has a lifelong passion for food and began watching Food Network shortly after its debut in the early '90s. In college, she was a writer and editor for The Harvard Crimson while blogging about food and wellness on the side. She was diagnosed with celiac disease in graduate school and, shortly after that, began writing for Alb Media in 2016. She happily joined the Today Meal writing team in 2022 and loves sharing about gluten-free products and cooking.


Becki has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Harvard University and a master's in counseling psychology from Boston College.
